Governing law: Republic of Kenya

1. Acceptance

By using Strive Earn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Strive Earn is operated by Orivon Technologies Ltd.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be located in Kenya or East Africa
• Must have a valid M-Pesa account for withdrawals
• Must provide accurate personal information

3. Account Rules

• One account per person. Strictly enforced.
• You are responsible for your account security
• Do not share your account credentials
• Notify support@striveearn.com of any unauthorised access

4. Earning Rules

• Complete tasks honestly and in full
• Do not use VPNs, bots, scripts, or automation
• Do not fabricate task completions
• Do not use multiple devices to inflate earnings
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on task availability

5. Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: KES 500
• Payouts via M-Pesa (additional methods coming)
• M-Pesa number must be verified before first withdrawal
• Withdrawals are final — M-Pesa transactions cannot be reversed

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Selling or transferring your account
• Manipulating task providers or survey systems
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Harassment of other users or staff

7. Suspension and Termination

Orivon Technologies Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)
• Legal requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

Orivon Technologies Ltd is not liable for:

• Task provider errors or delays
• M-Pesa network delays
• Device or connectivity issues
• Indirect or consequential losses

9. Intellectual Property

The Strive Earn name, logo, and platform are the property of Orivon Technologies Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material changes via the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to Kenyan jurisdiction.
